This apartment complex is located close to the town of Pera where guests will discover many shopping and entertainment venues. Links to the public transport network lie about 500 m away and it is 2 km to the nearest beach.

Built in 2002, this complex comprises a total of 52 accomodations. 20 villas V3 with 3 bedrooms, 14 T2 apartments, 6 T1 apartments and 12 T2 deluxe apartments, build in July 2007. Various facilities are on offer including a bar as well as a car park for those arriving by car.

The pool bal is closed all winter and opens for summer time (June to September)
