The hotel is located at the heart of Port El Kantaoui, just 350 metres from the marina and a fine sand beach. It is approximately 130 km from Tunis airport, 20 km from Monastir airport and 490 km from Djerba airport.

This hotel is a new concept in accommodation, where guests can choose between rooms, studios and apartments with kitchenettes, spread over 4 floors. Facilities include a lobby with 7 lifts, a cafe, souvenir shop, a small supermarket, shops, a pool grill bar, a lobby bar, a piano bar, a hairdressing salon, an a la carte restaurant and a pizzeria. Breakfast and dinner are served as buffets in the central restaurant. Younger guests can let off steam in the playground. There is also a laundry service available (charges apply).
