This complex is situated just 20 metres from Los Narejos beach and is quite close to the thalassotherapy spa centre, the Palacio de Congresos (conference centre), two sports centres, including one for high-performance sports, the theatre, the marina and several shopping areas. Murcia-San Javier Airport is some 30 km from the accommodation.

This air-conditioned apartment hotel was built in 2008 and comprises a total of 52 units. 5 of them are studios, and the rest are executive, standard and deluxe suites, some with terraces.
