This upmarket hotel is located in the leisure district of Cozumel directly beside the beach. Transfer to the airport takes around 20 minutes and the island's centre where guests will discover bars, restaurants and nightlife venues can be reached in a quarter of an hour.

This hotel was renovated in 2003 and comprises 3 floors with a total of 402 rooms of which 90 are apartments and 72 rooms are in the adults only exclusive area. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a small supermarket and a hairdresser's salon. Guests may pay a visit to one of the 4 bars as well as to the air-conditioned buffet or speciality restaurant, with the latter offering Italian cuisine. Two public Internet terminals are available to guests and those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park and garage facilities. There is a kids' club for guests aged between 4 and 12 years of age as well as a playground and room, laundry and medical service round off the offerings.
