Allara Cottage is a tastefully decorated Dutch Gable Cottage set on high with glimpses of the Kanimbla Valley, and is surrounded by a beautiful private garden. It features large double doors opening onto a deck with outside furniture amongst the trees and flowers. The cottage is situated in the garden of the main residence. It has a private entrance way, however facilities will be shared with the host. The upstairs of the cottage consists of two bedrooms. One bedroom is used by the host and the second guest bedroom is warmly decorated and well appointed with views over the Kanimbla Valley. Downstairs is an open-plan kitchen, lounge, dinning room and a bathroom which includes a washing machine and clothes dryer. The lounge room has TV, DVD player, WiFi, Netflix and Stan. The property is a short drive to Scenic World, Mount Victoria and Blackheath, a village in the upper mountains with cafes, antique shops lovely parks and gardens. Jenolan Caves is a 45-minute drive away. Penrith is 45 km from the holiday home.
