This apartment complex lies atop a hill beside Amadores Beach. The tourist centre of the town is just 1.5 km away and links to the public transport network are to be found within a short distance of the hotel and offer the ideal mode by which to explore the surrounding area. There are, for example, transport links to the beaches of Puerto Rico and Amadores. Shopping and entertainment venues are to be found within 5 km of the hotel and Gran Canaria airport, which is 20 minutes drive away, provides an international link with the rest of the work.

This apartment complex affords modern architecture and was first opened in 2002. There are a total of 90 rooms spread over 2 floors and facilities include a reception area with a lift, a bar, a café and a restaurant in which it is possible to relax with a selection of delicacies following an eventful day. Moreover, the complex also features a supermarket and guests are offered a range of amenities (fees apply) such as a laundry service, Internet access and medical assistance.
