This apartment complex enjoys an ideal location with easy access to the shops, metro, trains and buses at Plaza Catalunya, just 2 minutes' walk away. Renovated in 2009, this design complex comprises a total of 11 large apartments suitable for 2, 4 or 6 persons. Facilities on offer to guests include a hotel safe, a cloakroom and WLAN Internet access. These modern apartments are appointed with elegant and comfortable furniture and feature lots of natural light. In the kitchen guests will find modern appliances including a dishwasher, a fridge and coffee making facilities. All come with a private bathroom with a shower and offer a king-size bed. They are also equipped with satellite/cable TV, a safe and individually regulated air conditioning and heating. The apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen with the necessary items for guests to make their own breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Guests arriving between 9.30 am and 2 pm, and 4 pm and 7 pm can collect their keys at the property. At all other times and on public holidays, check-in takes place at the Amister Hotel (93-95 Avinguda de Roma). As a deposit, guests must either provide their credit card details or a cash deposit to be returned at check-out should the apartment be in the appropriate condition. A mandatory cleaning fee per apartment per stay is payable locally.
