The kitchen is seperate from the dining / living room which has access to a north facing balcony with views out over the lake. The two bedrooms can sleep 5. although there is an extra sofa bed in the living room should you wish to spread out over 3 rooms. The shared garden downstairs is large and sunny. Access to the lake is 400m down an adjacent footpath to the south bank beach - free with the Wörthersee card (www.card.woerthersee.com) which is covered by your tourist tax.
