This residence enjoys a convenient location just a stone's throw from the magnificent setting of the old port and close to the station (800 m). Situated in one of the most beautiful cities on the Atlantic Coast, this residence is just 500 m from the nearest links to the public transport network, 800 m from the city centre and 1 km from shopping venues, bars, restaurants and nightspots. Les Minimes beach is 1.5 km away.

The residence, built in 2000 offers 105 furnished and fully equipped apartments for 1 to 5 people. Each one offers a warm and sophisticated living space, designed to promote guests comfort, wellbeing and relaxation. Facilities on offer at the residence include a lobby, a breakfast room, WLAN Internet access, a launderette and parking for those arriving by car.

The residence offers vast rented furnished apartments with sea views. The apartments accommodate 1 to 6 people and offer warm and sophisticated living spaces for a comfortable stay. The studio accommodation for 1 to 2 persons offers a kitchenette with a microwave, hot plates, dishware, a mini fridge and a coffee maker. The pull-out beds are easy to erect to form one large bed or 2 separate beds. Coming from any direction, take the exit Gare - Centre hospitalier. From Boulevard Sautel (Leclerc Supermarket), continue straight to the Hospital on the boulevard Joffre and take the 1st left before the bridge (rue de Périgny) and then the 1st left. From the train station, take the 1st right then the 1st left.

The welcomming desk is open from Monday until Friday from 8.00h until 12.30h and from 15.00h until 19.00h. Saturday, the desk is open from 8.00h until 12.00h and from 14.00h until 16.00h. Check in: from 15.00h and check out at 10.30h. Late arrivals, please call the residence to have access code.
