This charming aparthotel enjoys a convenient position in the new Beauregard district a few steps from a park and close to Rennes' city centre. Those coming by car might especially appreciate its position, as it is ideally located near main highways and those travelling on business may also take advantage of its proximity to the business park Cesson-Sévigné. All the fully furnished apartments and studios include all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, such as a kitchenette for guests to prepare their own food and a private bathroom with a shower or a bathtub. Every morning guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet and if they come by car, they can use the underground or outdoor parking spaces available.

The reception desk opening hours are: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 12:30 pm and 3 pm to 7 pm, Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 4 pm. The reception desk is closed on Sundays and bank holidays. Check-in time is from 3 pm and check-out is until 10:30 am. Guests planning to arrive outside of these scheduled opening times must contact the residence directly, no later than 24 hours prior to arrival in order to arrange for alternative check-in procedures. Breakfast is not served on Sundays.
