The villa complex is located behind the Talanguera district mayoral offices and the civic centre, about 2.5 km or a few blocks from La Chocolata, just about 5 minutes' walk from the beach and some 5 minutes from the town centre and restaurants, supermarkets, banks and medical clinics.

There are 9 air-conditioned villas, each with 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a downstairs toilet, a living room and a kitchen. The villas feature wireless Internet access, a cloakroom, a car park and, for a fee, a laundry service and bicycle hire.

All of the villas are very spacious and the décor is cosy and comfortable. The master bedroom has 1 king-size bed, the second bedroom has 2 twin-size beds and the third bedroom has 1 queen-size bed. The master bedroom is en suite with a shower and hairdryer and the other 2 bedrooms share a single bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Each room has central air conditioning and the master control is located in the master bedroom. Additional amenities include satellite/cable TV, wireless Internet access, and a kitchen with fridge, a cooker, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. All villas have balconies and terraces.

The villa complex has an outdoor swimming pool with children's swimming area. For a fee, guests can also enjoy, aerobics, massage and spa treatments, jet skiing, diving and surfing.
