The 6-storey building was built in 2005 and offers a total of 243 rooms of which 215 are doubles and 8 are suites. Facilities include a lobby bar with a 24-hour reception, a bar, a TV room, a hairdresser and an air-conditioned restaurant. Internet access is available in the hotel as well as a supermarket. Car parking facilities in the form of a garage and a car park are available for those arriving by car.
