The modern decoration in tropical colours transmits a great warmth, making the apartments a home from home. Each apartment is composed of 1 or 2 double rooms and also offers the possibility of converting the sofa in the living room into a bed ideal for children. Each apartment has capacity for 4-6 guests. Alongside the bedrooms guests will find a spacious bathroom. Alongside the bedrooms guests will find a spacious bathroom. The kitchen is open-plan with the lounge/dining room and is fully fitted with appliances such as a toaster, a kettle, a fridge and an oven. An ironing set is also provided, as is a safe deposit box and a direct dial telephone. From the living room guests have access to the balcony from which they can enjoy spectacular views over the valley of Puerto Rico and out onto the Atlantic Ocean.

The complex is located in Puerto Rico, a tropical paradise offering some of the finest weather to be had on the whole of Gran Canaria. It is within easy walking distance of Puerto Rico's commercial centre, home to a variety of shops and restaurants. Also in the vicinity are a number of fine white sandy beaches including Playa de Amadores.
