Attractions in the area include the Museo Torre del Vinagre, around 10 km away, the Río Borosa, some 12 km away, the Ruta Felix Rodriguez de la Fuente, around 22 km away, and the Reserva Animales, some 24 km away. Also nearby are the cities of Ubeda and Baeza.

The 16 apartments, which were built in 2009, offer the most modern services and facilities. They are ideal for family holidays, romantic getaway or to commune with nature in a small village with all the necessary amenities.
