Check in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from the Homes Welcome Center, which is located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After hours' key collection is from the electronic lock box. Lock box code C-7-0-8-3, then press the button with the symbol of a door key. Homes assistance is available 24 hours a day via free phone 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. A refundable security deposit of USD 300 is required at registration. Cleaning is done prior to arrival and after departure. All private apartments and condos are non-smoking and pets are not permitted.
