This Grade 1 listed 12th-century manor house features large ingle nook fires and walls covered in original paintings, portraits, tapestries, armour and mirrors. The rooms all have en suite facilities with free toiletries, as well as a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Many have four poster beds, walk in showers and roll top baths. Enjoy a candlelit dinner in the à la carte restaurant where the food is sourced locally and the fish is supplied each day from the local fishing fleet in Brixham. A cooked breakfast is served in the morning. Walk to the sea in about 10 minutes and discover Elbury Cove and Broadsands Beach. Brixham harbour is one mile away and the resorts of Paignton and Torbay are easy to get to.
