Key pick-up is from the lock box at the Pal Mail shop, located just 1 km away from the Resort. The Charde Rentals Group lock box is attached to the wall outside the door of Pak Mail store. An envelope with guests name on it will be inside the lock box with the keys and directions. Details of the code will be sent to guests with thier booking confirmation. There is no front desk at the Apartment Complex, but the Management Company is contactable by telephone.
