This riad, or guest house, is located 25 m from one of the gates of the old Medina, Bab El Hammar, and overlooks Avenue Hassan II. Guests will find links to the public transport network some 50 m away and there are various restaurants about 100 m from the property. The city centre (Uta Hamam) and the kasbah are around 200 metres from the hotel and it is approximately 1 km to the Ras el Mae Fountain. Ouedlaou beach is an hour's drive away, as is the Talasemtan Nature Park. Tangier Airport is approximately 110 km from the guest house.

The riad is full of charm and set around a patio with a well-decorated Moroccan living room and a large terrace. This charming guest house comprises a total of 8 rooms, including 4 doubles and 1 suite. All rooms are individually decorated in a traditional, local style, and each is unique.
