The modern complex was established in 2004 and has a total of 9 storeys. It is fully air-conditioned, and facilities on offer include a lobby with lifts and a 24-hour reception desk, as well as a safe and a currency exchange counter. Conference rooms are available for use by business travellers, and there is public Internet access (charges apply). Younger guests may like to let off steam in the play area or the kids' club. A free bus service to Playa de las Américas is offered daily.
