5 storey building comprising 106 fashionably furnished rooms single, double, sky view, double, back view, double standard, junior suits and apartments and one presidential apartment. Seventy four of the rooms are specially designated for non-smokers and 10 for disabled customers. Every room in the hotel is equipped with a TV set, mini-bar, telephone, safe, hair-dryer, temperature regulator, conditioner, running mineral water, water closet with a bath-tube and some of the rooms with a shower-cabin. The mineral water comes from two sources - springs No 7 and 18.

For congress activities SPA Hotel Dvoretsa has at its disposal 3 conference halls Rhodopi; Syutka and Ostrets, spacious and comfortable with natural lighting, with capacity of 120, 35 and 20 seats respectively. The rent for the halls includes the provision of technical equipment: a screen, a flipchart, multimedia and microphones. The independent business center in the hotel provides constant access to the Internet, copy and fax services. A wonderful terrace next to the conference halls gives opportunities for having coffee breaks in the open air with a view over the swimming pools and the town.
