There is a large green garden with a stream running through it. The house features wooden walls and stone base. The ground floor features a living room with a fireplace, as well as a dining area and a bathroom, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove and oven. The upper floor has two bedrooms. There are two covered terraces in the garden, one serving as a garage for up to 3 cars. Barbecue facilities can be found on the patio located right next to the stream.
