The non-smoking units at the Reiter all have a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Additionally, studios and apartments have a terrace or balcony with mountain views, and a kitchenette with a dining area. A bread delivery service is available upon request. The property has a large garden, a terrace, table tennis, darts and table football facilities, as well as a ski storage room with ski boot dryer. The sauna on site can be used by guests free of charge once a week.
