The reception desk is modern and medium in size. The lobby area is large, bright, and tastefully decorated with modern furniture, paintings and antique carpets. The sitting areas are partly composed of dark and comfortable sofas or white sofas and medium wooden tables. The sitting areas lead to the elegant American bar furnished with cream easy-chairs and glass coffee tables.
This elegant hotel is located directly on the Corso Buenos Aires. It takes just a few minutes by foot to reach the centre of Milan with its scores of shops and attractions, including the cities most spectacular tourist sites. The underground station Lima is located immediately in front of the hotel. It is well worth taking a trip to the coast which lies some 80 km away and to the nearest ski resort which is 50 km from the hotel.
The air-conditioned hotel was built in 1890 and completely renovated in 2004. It offers a total of 188 guestrooms spread over 7 floors, of which 32 are singles, 152 doubles and 4 are suites.
