The 41-storey tower was erected above 9 storeys of public service areas, creating a completely integrated facility providing 714 guest rooms. The tower is designed with sculptured, curving sides angled to the shoreline, to compeiment the existing building and maximize the river scenery, featuring a spectacular view of the Nile from all guest rooms and balconies, as well as from the main public areas.
