The hotel is located at the tip of Baja California Sur, in the city of Los Cabos, near the old Lighthouse Avenue. It is one of the most important establishments in the hotel zone of the city. The hotel is located at the end of Solmar Street, within walking distance of shops and plazas in the city.

The hotel, which was built in 2010, has 320 modern and sophisticated rooms. All are well equipped, and there is an area for smokers and nonsmokers. Guests at this air-conditioned establishment are welcomed in the lobby, which offers a 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, lift access to the rooms and a newspaper stand. The hotel includes three snack bars/cafés, a bar, pub and a restaurant. Lounge and conference facilities are offered and there is wireless Internet available. Room service and a laundry service are offered, and guests travelling by car may make use of the hotel's car park and garage.
