All apartments feature a kitchen, a flat-screen cable TV, and a spacious bathroom. Guests at the Haus Pia can access a sauna and infrared cabin free of charge, 3 times a week. A cross-country skiing trail is right next to the Haus Pia. In summer, it is an ideal starting point for mountain biking and hiking in the surrounding Ötztal Alps.
