A free shuttle is available from Kintetsu Ugata Train Station, a 10-minute ride away, if booked at time of booking. Rooms feature Hinoki wood in its architecture, and guests sleep in Japanese futon bedding on tatami (woven-straw) floors. Each comes with a flat-screen TV, a fridge and a private toilet. Japanese Yukata robes are provided for all guests and bathroom facilities are shared. Guests can play on the Hinoki wooden-made table tennis facilities and shop for local souvenirs at the gift shop.
