This beach resort is located in the centre of Haad Yao Beach, which is on the north-west coast of Koh Phangan Island. The city centre of Tong Sala is roughly 9 km away where guests will also find access to public transport. Samui Airport is located around 30 km from the resort.

The resort was built in 2008 and opened on 15th December. It is modern with maintains high standards. Offering a total of 26 rooms, this hotel also features a lobby, safe, TV lounge, bar, restaurant and Internet access. Fax, room and laundry services are also provided.

The resort features 3 different types of room, all with the same facilities but different views either to the beach or to the swimming pool. All rooms have a balcony. The rooms are en suite and equipped with a shower, double or king-size bed, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV and Internet access. Further amenities include a safe, minibar and individually regulated air conditioning.

Guest can enjoy action-packed beach games, including football, volleyball, badminton, beach volleyball and sailing. Additionally, they can enjoy swimming, snorkelling, diving and kayaking. In the evening, all guests can participate in an excursion and go night fishing or even on a nocturnal diving trip. The resort is fully equipped with an outdoor swimming pool (fees apply), pool table and a sun terrace.

The restaurant is located right on the beachfront. Guests can choose to sit out on the sunny terrace, in the lounge, on the traditional Thai 'thiang-nang' platform or chill out by the beach. The resort's experienced chef serves a vast range of Thai, Asian and Western dishes where imported cheeses, herbs and other spices make for an authentic taste. Guests may also enjoy the kitchen's fresh seafood.

The nearest airport is located on the island of Koh Samui. Guest must take a boat to Koh phangan.

The reception and restaurant are open from 7 am to 10 pm.
