Small family run B&B with 12 en suite rooms that overlooks Knyveton Gardens Bowling greens and the adjoining Tennis Courts. Also located opposite the guest house is a Cafe and private licensed bar that is open to Ingledene residents.

All rooms are en suite and include a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities, towels, soap and shampoo.

Continental Breakfast is complimentary. An option to order English breakfasts is also possible if booked the night before. Turn left. Continue onto Slip Road. Continue onto A338. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Saint Pauls Road A35. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Saint Swithun's Road South A35. Turn left onto Knyveton Road. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Derby Road. Arrive.

Check-in is anytime between 2p.m. and 10p.m. Please call reception for late arrival. Check-out is anytime up to 11a.m All guests are issued with front door key. No curfew. No noise, partying in rooms or uninvited guests after 11p.m. No smoking in the building or outside the front door entrance.
