This hotel is located beside an around 800 m long private beach amidst grounds covering 280,000 m² in the tropical paradise of Krabi. Guests are able to enjoy peaceful privacy.

Facilities at the beachside hotel include a foyer with a concierge service and porter, a safe, a currency exchange desk, a central telephone and fax machine, a postal service, and an bookings desk offering flight ticket re-confirmation and boat tickets to Phuket and Krabi. Moreover, a selection of shops, bars, pubs, restaurants as well as Internet access with a WLAN access point are available to guests. Hotel transfer to and from Phuket is via the hotel's custom-made speed boat on a regular daily schedule. Speedboat transfer to and from Phuket is available for guests' convenience, and is both comfortable and less time-consuming than the ferry. This transfer service is only operated during high season (1st November - 30th April).

The traditional Thai-style bungalows are individually built, mostly from wood, and afford luxurious interiors with traditional fabrics and settings. Providing a comfortable feeling of being at one with nature, each of the 42.8 m² bungalows features a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, a separate private pavilion of 17.28 m², luxurious interior fittings such as satellite TV, a fridge with 2 complimentary bottles of water per day, a coffee machine, hot and cold water systems, and a terrace with parasols where it is possible to kick back and relax.

The resort is located on the private northern beach in Lo Ba Goa Bay on the east coast of Phi Phi Island. It is accessible from Phuket, Krabi, or Lanta Island. All travelling guests must carefully plan their journey as there is a connection from the flight, land transfer to the mainland pier, ferry transfer to Phi Phi Island, and the long tail boat transfer to the resort. A ferry from Phuket to Phi Phi Island takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, twice a day at 8:30 am and 1:30 pm. The ferry from Krabi at Aonang Pier takes 2.5 hours, once a day at 9:00 am, and from Chao Fah pier takes 1.5 hours, three time per day at 9:00 am, 10:30 am and 2:30 pm. The ferry from Lanta Island takes 1.5 hours, twice a day at 8:00 am and 1:00 pm. All ferry transfer is subject to change according to ferry boat operators and weather conditions. It takes another 45 minutes by long tail boat to the resort from Tonsai pier (Curve of Phi Phi Island).
