The haveli is located at the edge of Pichola Lake in the city centre of Lal Ghat, just 24 km from the airport, and just 4 km away from the railway station and the bus station.

The haveli is simple yet stylish, traditional yet contemporary. This air-conditioned haveli-turned-hotel is charming with its tasteful furnishing and Rajasthani decor, which is not over the top. The establishment welcomes guests in a lobby with a 24-hour reception and facilities such as a laundry service, restaurant, currency exchange, shopping arcade, room service, car rental, a doctor on call and live classical and folk music on request. The staff are courteous, which makes the property an ideal choice for guests looking to get acquainted with traditional Rajasthan, which may not be tailor made for tourists, but certainly is something real. The lobby is beautiful with stained glass windows and art deco furniture. A car park is also available for those arriving by car.

All the rooms are the same, just that 18 come with amazing views of the lake and the Aravalis. The rooms are painted immaculate white and the splashes of colour come from the Rajasthani curtains and cushions. They are spic and span with quaint arched windows equipped with room amenities such as intercom, a shelf and some clothes hangers. All rooms are en suite and feature a shower, while other in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite TV and individually regulated air conditioning.
