This family-friendly, historical hotel is located in Northern Galilee, in the wooded foothills of the Naftali Mountains, amidst beautiful surroundings. It is close to the famous historical site of Tel Hai and 5 km south of Metula, the northernmost point of the state of Israel. The centre of Kiryat Shmona is just 2 km away, where guests will find links to the public transport network via bus. There is a range of bars and restaurants nearby and shopping opportunities can be found at Nechenia Shopping Centre, 25 minutes' walk from the hotel. Attractions such as the River Jordan, the Manara Cliff Cable car, the HaShomer museum and the Mount Hermon ski field are also located nearby.
Fully renovated in 2009, this venerable 168-room hotel was originally built some 70 years ago by the members of the kibbutz Kfar Giladi. Fully air-conditioned, it welcomes guests into a lobby with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, safe, currency exchange facilities and lift access. Further facilities include a games room, kids' club, café, bar, restaurant and nightclub.
