Sundays are special because the area comes alive with the famous vibrant Rastro (flea market) in Madrid. Nearby places of include Retiro Park and Reina Sofia arts museum (both 25 minutes' walk), the Prado National Museum (20-minute walk) and Puerta del Sol (just 600 m away). Gran Via metro station is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel and Barajas Airport is approximately 17 km away.

Renovated in 2009, the city hotel offers 9 studios suitable for 2 people each. The renovation work brought about new installations and, as a corner building, all apartments and areas of the hotel are exterior and enjoy a lot of natural daylight. There is no lift, but guests may take advantage of the 24-hour reception and Internet access.

The studios for 1 or 2 people feature a twin or double bed, an en suite shower and a complete kitchen with mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Other in-room amenities include a hairdryer, satellite TV, and individually regulated air conditioning and heating.
