The aparthotel is situated in the Maurienne valley, between Saint-Michel-de-Maurienne and Modane, near Vanoise National Park and 8 km from the motorway. It is located 16 minutes away from the slopes of Val Thorens (Europe's highest ski resort) thanks to its interconnecting ski lift and its 600 km of slopes. Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is at a distance of approximately 179 km and Geneva International Airport is some 182 km.

This air-conditioned residence is composed of 8 small buildings with 199 apartments. Buildings 1, 2 and 3 have lift access and private ski storage. The reception building is ideally located, where guests can find a bar, a restaurant, and an entertainment room. Interior and exterior parking is also available on site. Internet access is provided and, for additional fees, guests can make use of the room and laundry services.

Each apartment is equipped with a double bed, TV, radio, hi-fi, a kitchenette with fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities, and a balcony or terrace. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower and bath. The air conditioning and heating are individually regulated.

The spa is a purpose built facility of over 200 m² with a heated indoor swimming pool with multi-jets and cascades, sauna, hot tub, hammam, dedicated relaxation area, sun terrace and beauty treatment rooms (fees apply to all). This area is prohibited for those less than 16 years old. 16 and 18 year olds must be accompanied by an adult. Extra costs apply for massages and beauty treatments.

In a cosy atmosphere, with stunning views over the Maurienne valley, guests can dine at the restaurant. It offers Savoyard specialities. Lunch and dinner are offered à la carte.
