The complex is situated in the southwest of the Huelva province on the border to Portugal. The nearest small city is Ayamonte (7 km). It enjoys a privileged location on a 7-km-long Atlantic sandy beach. It is near a marina (in Punta del Moral, 4 km away) and routes to Aracena, Colombina, the Algarve, Sevilla and more extraordinary places for every type of visitor. Public transport is easily accessible on foot. Jerez Airport is located around 350 km from the hotel and San Pablo Airport is around 190 km away.

The 25 apartments are in an urban area and are equipped with ample gardens, a bar, restaurant, lift access and free parking.

The apartments consist of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Those with 1 bedroom comprise a salon, a kitchen separate from or built in to the salon, a bedroom, a complete bathroom with bath tub and terrace with furniture. Those with 2 and 3 bedrooms have the same composition, except the kitchen is always separate from the salon. They are fully equipped with kitchen utensils, refrigerator, cooker, tea and coffee making facilities, washing machine and ironing set. All apartments come with satellite TV, bed linens and towels.

The hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool, surfing, windsurfing, sailing, paddle tennis and biking. There is a golf course nearby (3 km) in Isla Canela.

On the motorway Sevilla-Huelva toward Ayamonte-Portugal, take exit 131 Ayamonte Norte. In Ayamonte follow the signs for the apartments.

Guests should call ahead for information about collecting keys to the apartments. The reception is not open to 24 hours. Check-in is at 5 pm and check-out is at 10 am. A refundable deposit must be paid on arrival. Pets weighing up to 10 kg are allowed with a supplement charge to be paid upfront. The cleaning service includes change of bed linens and towels every 7 days and does not include the kitchen, private utensils or the terrace.

Those of 2 and 3 dormitories have the same composition, unless the kitchen is always independent. They are equipped completely with utensils of kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine and TV color via satellite, bed clothes and towels.
