This new family-friendly residence consists of 81 apartments in 4 residences. Facilities available to guests at this establishment include a hotel lobby, cloakroom and WLAN Internet access. Room and laundry services can be enjoyed for a fee, and a bike hire service is also offered. Guests arriving by car may use the hotel's parking facilities.

In St. Briac, go on the D603 (Boulevard du Tertre Gondan) until the road sign Cédez Le Passage. Take the road on the right Balcon d'Emeraude and travel by the sea until the traffic lights. At the traffic lights, head in the direction of St Lunaire, Dinard par la côte and golf. Go straight down the road and take the right before exiting at St Briac on Rue de l'Ancienne Faïencerie and arriving at the residence (in Le Clos de la Fontaine).

The establishment is closed on Sunday afternoons and all day on Wednesday. Check-in on Saturday is from 4pm to 8pm. Check-out on Saturday is between 8am and 10am. There is a digital code box for late arrivals (please, contact the reception during the opening hours). An on the spot deposit for the apartment is required.
