The building dates back to the 14th century and it was property of the Frati Camaldolesi and the Spedale degli Innocenti. It is the only one that has been renovated together with a part on the back which is seldom used. Farmhouse "I Camini" is located 4 km from the centre of Castelfranco di Sopra, 32 km from the centre of Arezzo, 32 km from the centre of Firenze, in a quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. The house has private grounds, garden, meadow, orchard, and a swimming pool (3 x 2 m, depth 70 cm, 24.04.-23.10.). In addition, there is a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, and children's playground. Furthermore, there is a washing machine. Please not that there is no heating in the house.
