General Information:The Madeira Bay Resort overlooks Florida’s scenic intercostals waterways and is across the street from the pristine white-sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This six story Madeira Beach condo features Mediterranean architecture and overlooks the marina that houses an array of yachts and charter boats. Location:The brand new Madeira Bay Resort is located on Florida’s West Coast, in beautiful Madeira Beach, Florida -- just north of St. Pete Beach and south of Clearwater Beach. We are located just two blocks north from the world’s famous John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk.Area:Guest staying at our resort have an easy walk across the street to enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches of Madeira Beach, as well as an easy stroll to John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk where they will find an array of quant shops, restaurants, boat and jet ski rentals, parasailing, fishing charters, and cruises such as casino cruise, pirate cruise, dolphin watch cruise and nature cruise. Many deep sea fishing, snorkeling and scuba diving charters are also available.Recreation:The resort also offers 2,000 square feet of well appointed meeting space, equipped to host a Florida beach wedding, Rehearsal Dinners, Family Reunions, Holiday Parties as well as Corporate Functions. Be sure to ask about our Sunset Room offering spectular views from our 6th floor of the Gulf of Mexico.Rooms:Each suite of our Madeira Beach condo comes equipped with a complete kitchen, , granite kitchen countertops, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and much more. Suites range in size from 734 square feet to 1179 square feet, and feature one or two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and some feature a separate sitting room with a sleeper sofa. Each suite also features a full-size washer and dryer, a furnished balcony, two televisions with cable tv & dvd player. Most suites of our Madeira Beach condo offer picturesque views of the Intracoastal Waterways and the Marina or the Gulf of Mexico.
