Located in the Les Crozats district, on the hills above the resort, this residence enjoys uninterrupted views over the Morzine valley. It offers direct access to the slopes on skis and is linked to the heart of the resort and the shops by lifts. Local attractions include Annie Famose children's village and the snowboard village, which are both 200 metres away, as well as St. Jean D'auly's Cistercian Abbey, which can be reached in about an hour by car. Nearby airports include Cointrin International Airport and Saint-Exupéry International Airport, which are 110 and 200 km away respectively.

This unique mountain resort offers impressive architecture and comprises a total of 121 apartments. Guests are welcomed into a lobby and on-site facilities include lift access, a kids' club (fees apply) and room service (fees apply). Car parking is available for a fee. Guests staying at this resort can choose from a number of aprés-ski activities that are on offer.

The rooms are fully equipped with a small kitchen (ceramic hobs, refrigerator, microwave grill oven, dishwasher and electric coffee maker), a balcony and a bathroom with a toilet and hairdryer. Other facilities include a TV, a washing machine and an ironing set.

From Paris: Take the A6 as far as Lyon and then take the A40 towards Chamonix. Take the Cluses exit (no. 18) and then follow the D902 to Taninges. From here, follow directions for Les Gets and Morzine-Avoriaz (Avoriaz is 11 km from Morzine).

Reception has the following opening hours: Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 12 noon and from 5 pm to 7 pm; Friday from 9 am to 12 noon and from 4 pm to 8 pm; Saturday from 7.30 am to 10 pm and Sunday from 8 am to 12 noon and from 5 pm to 7.30 pm. A deposit for the apartment is to be paid upon arrival and is refunded upon departure after the inventory has been checked.
