This apartment residence is in Menton in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, in the Alpes-Maritimes, at the gateway to Italy (3 km away). It is 15 km from Monaco and 30 km from Nice. Between sea and mountain, Menton is a small seaside resort renowned for its very pleasant microclimate, even in winter. An old mediaeval and Baroque town with outstanding gardens, markets, a casino and avenues lined with luxury hotels, Menton is lively year round. The beach and shops can be found in the immediate vicinity of the residence.

This is a 4-storey renovated residence. It has 80 rooms in total. Amenities include air conditioning, a lobby, lift access and Internet access (for a fee). A car park is provided for guests arriving by car (parking fees apply).

Each apartment comes with a bathroom, as well as a kitchen area with 2 hotplates, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and electric coffeemaker. Air conditioning, a vacuum cleaner, TV and a small, furnished loggia also come as standard.

From Paris: Follow the A6 motorway to Lyon, then take the A7 to Marseille. Take the A8 towards Aix-en-Provence/Nice/Vintimille. Take the exit for Menton, and follow the signs for Centre Ville. Drive down into Menton as far as the railway bridge. Go under the bridge, and continue for a further 100 m. Then turn left towards the Hôtel de Ville. The residence is on the left-hand side, 100 m after the police station.

A deposit for each apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure, after inventory. Sleeping in the top bunk is not recommended for children under 6 years of age by French Decree No. 95.949 from 25/08/1995. Usually, check-in is on Saturday from 5 pm and check-out is by 10 am. In the case of short stays, check-in is from 11 am and check-out is until 6pm. Reception has the following opening hours: Saturday from 8 am to midday and from 2 to 8 pm, Sunday and Wednesday from 9 am to midday and Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 am to midday and from 5 to 7 pm. It is closed on Sunday and Wednesday afternoons. Guests planning to arrive outside of these opening hours should inform reception in advance.
