The ski hotel is very comfortable, and comprises 117 apartments housed in one 8-storey building which is equipped with 3 lifts. There is also a lobby with a hotel safe.

Each apartment features a kitchenette equipped with 2 hotplates, a refrigerator, oven and dishwasher, an en suite bathroom with a shower and a bathtub and a separate WC, as well as a private balcony (without furniture). Other in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, TV and individually regulated air conditioning.

From Paris: take the A6 to Lyon, then the A43 to Grenoble. Then drive towards Briancon on the Col du Lautaret or towards Gap on the Col Bayard, then Guillestre and Vars. Cross the Vars resort, in the direction of Le Col de Vars. After the Point Show shopping centre, a big MAEVA sign on the left indicates the residence.
