The Fast Ferry, the Spido harbour tours and the Watertaxi, are located directly to the front of the building with moorings for party-ships nearby. This hotel was opened in 2007 and comprises 165 well-equipped rooms. Guests are provided with a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, lift access, a currency exchange desk, a shop, a hairdresser and a cloakroom. In addition, the hotel offers a café, a bar, a restaurant and a conference room. For entertainment, guests are offered a snooker table.
