Matangi features very unique accommodation in a very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. It offers lots of activities including snorkelling, scuba diving, sailing, kayaking, wind surfing, water-skiing, light tackle sport fishing, hiking, private beach excursions and village tours. Matangi is protected within a large reef system which makes kayaking around the island easy. Location

Matangi is a private island resort, located near Taveuni Island, in the north-east of Viti Levu. The domestic flight from Nadi to Taveuni Island is about 90 minutes. From Taveuni airport the resort coordinates further transfers. It is a 20 minute scenic mini-bus ride to the boat landing and from there an other 20 minutes by water taxi.
