The ancient, romantic town of Novigrad dates back to the 7th century and is home to this luxury resort. One of the first nautical tourist centres in Croatia, the hotel offers a full selection of options sure to meet the needs of all visitors. Various shopping venues are within walking distance. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the nearest links to the public transport network.

Opened in 2006, this air-conditioned hotel comprises a total of 42 rooms, including 4 apartments, on just 1 floor. Featuring within the hotel are a cloakroom, a lift, a safe and a currency exchange desk. The exclusive restaurant of Navigare has space for about 300 guests. The authentic Istrian and Mediterranean kitchen offers visitor new and exciting tastes. Relaxing times may also be enjoyed in the Nautica lounge bar. There are two conference and meeting rooms known as St. Anton and St. Lucia, both of which offer modern technology. Together with qualified personnel, successful conferences, workshops and meetings may be organised. There is also room service, a children's playground and a car park.
