Nøsen Yoga Mountain Lodge is a mountain lodge and yoga retreat centre, peacefully located in the Valdres region. The property offers proximity to nature and silence, yoga classes, meditation and nourishing, vegetarian meals. Each room comes with a private bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linen are provided. The retreat centre is run by volunteers from all over the world. Guests can meet other guests in the shared TV lounge, as well as play table tennis, billiards and dart. A cup of tea and snacks can be enjoyed in front of the fireplace. Guests are welcome to join yoga classes in the morning, as well as meditation classes in the evening. Lunch and dinner can be arranged, as well as packed lunches. The area is popular for skiing in the winter, and cycling in the summer. Hemsedal is a 30-minute drive away, while Beitostølen is 1-hour drive away from Nøsen Yoga Mountain Lodge. Closer by, you can engage in various activities, such as fishing, canoeing and hiking.
