The hotel is situated between pine forests and dunes. It has a privileged location, right next to the beach with direct access from the southern side. The historical and commercial centre of Rota is only 2.5 km from the hotel, and a bus stop can be found just some metres away from the property. Jerez de la Frontera Airport is around 40 km away and Sevilla Airport is roughly 100 km away.

The hotel is built in Andalusian style. The rooms are arranged around two big courtyards with orange trees, plants and flowers, and a large swimming pool. It has a total of 228 comfortable rooms complemented with a snack bar, buffet and a la carte restaurants, Internet corner, nursery (only in summer season), games area, kiosk, meeting rooms, free private and guarded car park and garage (for a fee).
