The traditional Private Desert House has 2 chalets with a seating and dining area and 1 bathroom with a shower. It is 14 km to the village of Bediyah, in the middle of the Wahiba Desert on top of the dunes, with spectacular views of the sunset and sunrise. The chalet has comfortable beds and a traditional interior with rugs, in a hut made with areesh (palm leaves). It is flooded with sunlight and provides a cool shade. The stay includes traditional dinner and breakfast. Free parking is available on the side. In order to reach the camp, a 4x4 vehicle is required or you can traditionally ride on camels at an additional cost to the camp. The property also arranges transfers for a surcharge. A car rental service is available at Muscat Airport.
