This lodge is situated in Eastern Caprivi, on the outskirts of Katima Mulilo, right on the banks of the mighty Zambezi River. It is easily accessible by road and Air Namibia includes Katima Mulilo (Mpacha Airport) on its regular flight schedule. The centre of Katima Mulilo is just 2 km away and it is 70 km from Chobe National Park and 220 km from Victoria Falls.

This country lodge offers comfortable facilities, and its 42 rooms are ideal for an overnight stay en-route to the many tourist destinations in the area. Accommodation comprises 27 en-suite rooms overlooking the garden and pool area, with restaurant and bar facilities available daily. Further facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include WLAN Internet access and a car park. Conference facilities for 30 to 100 guests are also available, with standard equipment.

Accommodation at this lodge includes 38 standard twin and 4 luxury double en-suite rooms, cottage-style, overlooking the Zambezi River or garden and pool area. All rooms come with a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a hairdryer. They are equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite TV (DSTV), tea and coffee making facilities, a seating area and a work desk. Air conditioning units are provided in all accommodation as standard. Moreover, there is a turndown service available and all rooms are non-smoking.

Boat cruises on the Zambezi River offer excellent opportunities to observe hippos and crocodiles. Excursions to the nearby National Parks (Mudumu, Mamili and Bwabata), Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe or Zambia) and to the Chobe National Park can be arranged on request.
