Located in the heart of the Georgian capital, the hotel has good access by car and public transport, with the metro station a few minutes' walk from the hotel and the railway station a 10-minute drive. The hotel is close to government offices and the main business district and is ideal for business travellers.

This modern air-conditioned business hotel was built in 2009 and offers 249 spacious rooms, including 62 connecting rooms and ten rooms for disabled guests. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities include a hotel safe, currency exchange, cloakroom and lift access to the upper floors. There is also a hairdressing salon and younger guests can let off steam in the children's playground. Furthermore, guests can relax in the spa area. There is a casino on the premises and a business centre offering conference facilities to business travellers. There are two different restaurants and a bar. Guests can take advantage of the room and laundry services on offer and those guests who are arriving by car may park their vehicle in the hotel's car park.
