Very well situated in some of New Zealand's most spectacular scenery, A beautiful lake, the picturesque Southern Alps and one of the worlds clearest night sky's. There is an astronomical observatory close by and star gazing tours are very popular here. Also to be enjoyed is the world class trout fishing, kayaking, mountain biking and scenic flights. Each apartment is two storeys , and in a weatherboard and glass design. The complex has its own swimming pool, spa pool and BBQ area. The entire complex is enclosed by a security gate.

Its also an excellent place to enjoy the scenery of the Southern alps and the adventure/outdoor activities that are available here.
